    Thanks. I didn’t have that “licence” tab initially from the first install. I uninstalled the plugin and then reinstalled it from the link in the licence email. It works now, thanks!

    The problem is that we don’t know where to add the licence key.

    What part of that is not clear?

    We should not have to provide any software supplier with FTP access to install the software.

    So here is what the problem is for me. I installed the Woogoo plugin. I go to create a multiple product feed and hit the “Upgrade to pro” button and go through the payment process and pay. I then get an email with the licence key. Right?

    WHERE DO I PUT THE LICENCE KEY??
