Product Feed Set-up

hi there, since I only received two images on how to activate Pro WooGoo plug version and the documentation link is broken http://mishubd.com/documentation/woocommerce-to-google-merchant-center/, I am writing to inquire further how to set up the product feed.

1. I already successfuly installed and activated pro version
2. I also already successfuly created a feed from WooGoo side

Question:
a. do I need to create a feed from Google Merchant side for update frequency?
b. if yes, how do I share the file that Google Merchant needs to read?
